Robbie Das
Robbie has over twenty years of experience and has worked with several leading institutional investors to raise billions of debt & equity capital for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and successful exits to strategic buyers, public markets, and private equity organizations. Robbie has extensive experience in raising capital for technology and business services companies with significant experience in acquisition financing and recapitalizations, as well as debt restructuring.
After serving as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Robbie led the M&A team at Siemens Inc for a decade where Robbie bought and sold companies with private equity firms and other institutional funds. Robbie has relationships with over 20,000+ institutional funds to help great companies for Raising Capital, Sell-side Advisory, Buy-side Advisory and M&A projects.
Robbie has served as a C-level executive at three middle market companies – all of them resulted in successful transactions. This is a big differentiator compared to other investment bankers as Robbie's relationships with his clients usually transcends far beyond just raising capital – it truly becomes one entrepreneur/business owner relationship to another.
Robbie has an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Robbie also has a Series 79, Series 63 and SIE securities registrations and is regulated by FINRA.
